1. Introduction and Scope

HIVEMIND YT is a YouTube creator-growth software-as-a-service product operated by HIVEMIND YT LLC, a California limited liability company (HIVEMIND YT LLC, we, us, or our). This Accessibility Statement describes our commitment to making HIVEMIND YT, including the HIVEMIND YT web application available at hivemind.yt and its associated features, usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.

HIVEMIND YT is currently offered as a private, invite-only beta and is an evolving, pre-release product. Features, interfaces, and underlying technologies are being actively developed and may change at any time. As a result, accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a finished state, and this Statement reflects our current practices and known limitations as of the date it was last reviewed.

This Statement applies to the HIVEMIND YT application and its core feature areas, which include Pulse Analytics (YouTube channel and video intelligence dashboards), Create Clips (short-form clip generation, export, and publishing and scheduling to social platforms), Knowledge Bases and Video Intelligence (video ingestion and AI analysis through official APIs), Community Portals (creator knowledge portals and chat), and account, subscription, and administrative interfaces. It does not extend to third-party websites, platforms, or services that HIVEMIND YT links to or integrates with, which are governed by the accessibility practices of their respective operators.

This Accessibility Statement is informational. It does not modify, limit, or expand any rights or obligations set out in the HIVEMIND YT Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or other binding agreements between you and HIVEMIND YT LLC.

2. Our Commitment to Accessibility

HIVEMIND YT LLC is committed to providing a digital experience that is accessible to people with disabilities. We believe that creator-growth tools should be usable by everyone, regardless of ability, and we work to remove barriers that prevent equal access to the HIVEMIND YT application.

We treat accessibility as part of our product design and development practices rather than as an afterthought. As HIVEMIND YT continues to mature through its beta phase, we intend to continue improving the accessibility of our interfaces, content, and workflows over time.

Achieving and maintaining accessibility is a continuous process. We do not represent that the application is, or will at all times be, fully accessible to every user using every assistive technology, and nothing in this Statement should be read as a guarantee of full conformance with any particular standard.

3. Accessibility Standard and Conformance Target

The accessibility standard we use as our reference is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 Level AA defines requirements designed to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

WCAG 2.1 Level AA is our aspirational target. We are working toward this standard, but we do not claim that HIVEMIND YT fully conforms to it, and we have not obtained any third-party accessibility certification or independent conformance audit.

Using the conformance terminology defined by the W3C, HIVEMIND YT is, at most, partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. Because HIVEMIND YT is an evolving beta product, the degree of conformance varies across features and may change as the product develops.

4. Measures We Take to Support Accessibility

HIVEMIND YT LLC takes a number of measures intended to support and improve the accessibility of HIVEMIND YT. These measures include the following.

We consider accessibility as part of our internal design and development practices, with the goal of accounting for accessible interaction patterns as features are built and revised.

We use WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the guiding reference standard for evaluating and improving our user interfaces.

We assess accessibility primarily through self-evaluation conducted by our own team as part of ongoing product development. We have not engaged an independent third party to formally audit or certify the application.

Because HIVEMIND YT is in active development, these measures are applied on an ongoing and iterative basis, and the level of accessibility support may differ from one feature or screen to another.

5. Technical Specifications and Compatibility

Accessibility of HIVEMIND YT relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your device: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. HIVEMIND YT is delivered as a modern web application and depends on JavaScript being available and enabled in your browser.

HIVEMIND YT is designed to be used with current versions of widely available web browsers. The application is best experienced with an up-to-date browser and operating system, together with the assistive technologies that those platforms support. Older browsers, browsers with scripting disabled, or unsupported configurations may not present the application as intended and may reduce accessibility.

Some HIVEMIND YT features depend on third-party services and platforms, including Google services, the YouTube Data API, AI processing services, and social publishing destinations. Content, media, and interface elements that originate from or are rendered by those third parties may not meet the same accessibility expectations as the parts of the application that HIVEMIND YT LLC controls.

6. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of HIVEMIND YT may not yet be fully accessible. We provide the following honest description of known limitations so that users can set accurate expectations. This list is not exhaustive, and because HIVEMIND YT is an evolving beta product, both the limitations and the areas of support may change over time.

Beta status: HIVEMIND YT is a pre-release product under active development. New and changing features may be introduced before they have been fully reviewed for accessibility, and accessibility support is not uniform across all screens and workflows.

Media and video content: HIVEMIND YT works with video and short-form clip content, including media ingested from creators' channels and content generated through the Create Clips feature. Some videos and clips may not include captions, transcripts, or audio descriptions, particularly where the underlying source material does not provide them or where the content is generated or supplied by users or third-party platforms.

AI-generated content: Certain content within HIVEMIND YT is generated algorithmically by artificial intelligence and is not human-reviewed. Such content may be presented in formats or structures that are not fully optimized for assistive technologies, and its accuracy and presentation cannot be guaranteed.

Data-dense interfaces: Features such as Pulse Analytics present complex dashboards, charts, and data visualizations. These interfaces may not always provide complete text alternatives or fully accessible representations of the underlying data.

Third-party components and content: Portions of the application that rely on third-party services, embeds, or platform integrations may not meet our target accessibility standard because they are outside our direct control.

We are aware that limitations like these exist, and we continue to work toward reducing them as the product develops.

7. Requesting Assistance and Reporting Accessibility Barriers

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of HIVEMIND YT. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need assistance accessing any part of the application, or wish to request information or functionality in an alternative format, please contact us so that we can try to help and so that we can use your report to improve the product.
